Built Through Experience

David A. Kaufman, Esq. began practicing in 1987, concentrating in business litigation and trying his first commercial trial within the first 90 days of his career.

In 1991, David embarked on a mission to provide effective and aggressive legal representation to his clients. Through David Kaufman & Associates, he earned a reputation for practical problem-solving, aggressive advocacy, and personalized client service. Over the past 35 years, that mission has driven the expansion of his highly regarded litigation practice and led to the formation of KAUFMAN LAW.

Throughout his career, David has represented clients in both domestic and global matters, appearing in state and federal courts across numerous states, as well as in Israel and Belgium.

David has developed extensive experience in both state and federal courts. His practice has encompassed business and commercial disputes, construction disputes, personal injury litigation, employment-related claims, complex bankruptcy matters and general civil litigation.

A Modern Approach to Litigation

Today, David has expanded the practice alongside his son, Jordan Kaufman, combining decades of courtroom experience with a modern, business-minded approach to legal representation.

Jordan Kaufman, Esq. brings experience in large and complex commercial litigation, personal injury disputes, business litigation, and high-stakes civil cases. With both a Juris Doctor and MBA background, Jordan approaches legal issues not only from a litigation perspective, but also with a deep understanding of business operations, financial impact, and long-term strategic planning.
